You Need A Light, I'd Find A Match

Happy Friday!!  It's time for the long weekend!  Here's a recipe for the weekend that sounds soooooooo tasty right now!!  Enjoy!

Pumpkin Spice Hot Cocoa
1/2 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/4 c nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp cornstarch
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp nutmeg)
1/4 tsp salt
Sift all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container. It will keep for up to six months. To make hot chocolate: place 3 tbsp of the mix in a mug and top with hot water or milk. Stir until combined.  (I would add a cinnamon stick or whipped cream on top for extra flavor!!)
